Roy Michael Swansegar

He was a native of Phillipsburg, PA, served in the Army during Vietnam and was a Kentucky Colonel. He retired from the Naval Ordinance and Ford Motor Company.

He was preceded in death by his son, Scott Swansegar; his parents, Andrew and Anna Baronak Swansegar; two brothers, Andrew Swansegar, Jr. and Vincent Swansegar and a sister, Sarah McClusick.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Beverly Swansegar; one son and his wife, Theodore and Tina Swansegar of Midway; two brothers, Robert Swansegar and Rudy Swansegar both of Phillipsburg, PA; two sisters, Lucy Serafini of St. Mary's PA and Barbara Larson of Augusta, GA; four grandchildren, Timothy Swansegar, Elizabeth Swansegar, Simon Swansegar and Ethan Keller and three great grandchildren, Andrew Hutchison Natalie and Eli Swansegar.

A Graveside service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff.
