He was a native of Hardin County and retired maintenance worker.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, Reno Williams and Elizabeth Van Meter; a sisters, Alice Nall and Brenda McCamish and a brother, Tommy Williams.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Wanda Miller Williams; one brother, John Williams; four sisters, Betty Lyon, Frances Dunn, Jeanie Coppersmith and Judy Thomas and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home with Terry Wimp officiating. Burial will follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
