William "Bill" Etherton Sr.

He was a native of Cub Run, a retired Plumber, a Baptist and a Mason.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lueretta Williams Etherton; a son, Steve Etherton; his parents, Oliver and Stella Webb Etherton; and three sisters, Maggie Cradock, Annie Skaggs and Mary Riggs.

He is survived by four sons, Bill (Gina) Etherton, Jr. and Jeramey Etherton all of Lexington, Kevin Craig Etherton of Big Clifty and Jimmy (Brenda) Tucker of Harrodsburg; two daughters, Vanessa (James) Grady of Tarpon Springs, FL and Sandra (Carl) Hoskins of Lexington; one sister, Geneva (Tallis) Floyd of Clarkson; 18 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

The funeral will be Saturday at 12 noon at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Raymond Cradock officiating. Burial will follow in Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and continue after 9 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
