On July 6, 2015 Angela A. Mejia of Alexandria, Virginia died at the age of 92. Angela was the beloved wife of the late Leoncio Hernandez and the devoted mother of Juana Edge and her husband James, Jacob Hernandez and his wife Estele and Maria R. Cruz; Dear sister of Manuela Mejia and family; loving aunt of Isabel Mejia and family, Esperanza Ordonez and family, Francisca Portillo and family, Marvin Nunez and family and Alejandro Mejia and family. Cherished Cousin of Emerita Euceda and family. She is also survived by grandchildren; Noe Aldemaro Quiroz, James Alexander Orrell, Jacobo E. Hernandez, Emin Jouany , Karla P., and Maroly Hernandez and Isis Vasquensuelo and her 11 great-grandchildren;
Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Friday, July 10, 2015 from 4:00pm to 9:00pm. A Catholic Prayer Service will be celebrated at the Gary L. Kaufman Vermillion Chapel on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 11:00am. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
