

Anthony Leo Zentgraf, Sr. passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by loved ones on August 28, 2023. Tony was born on August 16, 1930, to the late Bernard William and Margaret Suzanna Zentgraf (nee Schultz). He grew up in Baltimore, Maryland alongside his 10 siblings. He is survived by his beloved wife of 71 years, Patricia (nee Schloer). He is also survived by his sister, Madeline Beach and his five children: Anthony Jr. (Kathy), Deborah (Ken), Brenda, Kenny (Alicia) and Barbara. He was Pop-Pop to 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by 9 of his siblings and his grandson, Aaron.
Tony was the Executive Vice President of Carrollton Bank of Baltimore, served in the Naval Reserves from 1950-1958 and was a member of the Kiwanis Club of Halethorpe and Ocean Pines, Maryland and the Knights of Columbus in Elkridge, Maryland. In his spare time, he was an avid golfer, loved fishing and was a huge fan of the Orioles.
A Visitation for Anthony will be held at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075 on Friday, September 1, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2023, 11:00 AM. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
