Charlotte Bertha Marie Watts, age 92, of Anne Arundel County (Odenton), Maryland passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2023. Charlotte was born on October 26, 1930 to parents the late Archie and Rosetta Clokey; beloved wife of the late George Watts; devoted mother of Donna Strickland (the late Donnie) and Tommy Fenton; dear grandmother of Michele Smith (Mike) and George Strickland; cherished great-grandmother of Michael, Jack, and Allyson Smith; dear sister of Elizabeth and the late William, Catherine, Lloyd, Rosemary, and Edith.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc. 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075 (Exit 6 South off Route 100) on Sunday, May 7, 2023 from 2:00 - 4:00pm and 6:00 - 8:00pm. A Graveside Service will be held at Meadowridge Memorial Park on Monday, May 8, 2023 at 1:45 PM.
