

Edward Richard "Rick" Easter Jr., age 73, of Curtis Bay, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.
Born and raised in Maryland, Rick was a man of great passions and deep loyalty. He had a lifelong love for airplanes, which began in childhood and continued throughout his life. A dedicated enthusiast, he made regular trips to Dayton, Ohio, to visit the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, an experience he cherished and often spoke about with excitement and pride.
Rick proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1983 to 1987, an experience that deepened his appreciation for aviation and his respect for military service. His time in uniform was a source of pride and honor throughout his life.
In his teenage years, Rick shared his love for rock music by playing in a local band, a period of his life he remembered fondly. His appreciation for music never faded, and neither did his devotion to his favorite baseball team, the Baltimore Orioles. He followed them faithfully, win or lose.
Rick also enjoyed collecting model airplanes, a hobby that reflected both his admiration for aviation and his attention to detail. He found joy in the simple things, his music, his collections, and his memories of times spent with family.
He was preceded in death by his beloved brothers, Robert Easter and Christopher Easter.
Rick will be remembered for his quiet passions, his unwavering loyalty to the things he loved, and the fond memories he leaves behind with those who knew him.
