On Wednesday, November 27, 2013 Hesta "Jimmy" Downey Fisher passed away in Williamsburg, Va . Beloved wife of the late William Jennings Fisher. Loving mother of Gwendolyn Fisher, Deborah Howell and her husband Ronald, Brenda Samluck and her husband Daniel and Patsy Murk. Sister of Charles Raymond Downey and his wife Gladys and the late Nancy Morton, Eva Newcomb, Ashton, Olen and Bill Downey. Grandmother of Natalie Samluck, Jeffrey Murk, Zack, Amanda and Tyler Howell. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren Mason Stack, Emma, Abby and Parker Howell and Rhys Murk and many other loving family and friends.
