On Tuesday, March 8, 2016 Hilda Irene Welsh (nee Harris),of Jessup, Maryland, passed away at the age of 75. Hilda was the beloved wife of the late Charles F. Welsh, Jr.; devoted mother of Debra Cooch and Donald Welsh and his wife Cynthia; dear sister of Betty Radford, Joy Bruchey and her husband Jerry, Ruby Blair and the late Steven Harris; sister-in-law of Jerry Welsh (June) and Eddie Welsh (Sheila); Loving grandmother of Lori Martin (Earl), Billy Cooch (Jenn), and Kevin Cooch (April); cherished great-grandmother of Alyssa Wood, Derrick Jones, Jr.., Jacob Cooch, Colton Barber and Ethan Cooch; Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., 7250 Washington Blvd., Elkridge, Maryland 21075 on Monday, March 14, 2016 from 4:00 to 8:00pm. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in The Gary L. Kaufman Vermillion Chapel on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 11am. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
