My condolences to the family. I haven't seen Jimmy since we were young pups. We played basketball together as teenagers and he was very good. I am 16 days older than him (7/1/42). I remember him being a fun guy to be around.

When Tara and Jay O’Neill got married, we enjoyed being part of the O’Neill family gatherings. Jim was so fun, welcoming, and we will truly miss him. He told stories and jokes every time we saw him. We will miss you Jim.

Uncle Jim will always be remembered for his love & laughter! He couldn’t not tell you a joke, ever!! I Loved playing golf with him either at RR or anywhere, but he always had an advantage at the Road! Many fond memories of he & Cathy coming to UMBC with my parents to watch hoops. I know Nan& Pop loved their company. He couldn’t pass up a “pitch” card game to take your $! Rest easy Uncle Jim, now you can finally play some more golf with Big B & Uncle Joe! Enjoy it up there, we sure will miss you!

To the O'Neill family. You have lost a family member who always brought laughter, fun, love to all those who knew him. Jim was so proud of family and shared his love with all. Jim had a way of making all who knew him feel good when in his company. He was an especially loving grand dad who loved him as well. They will have great memories of him as they travel through life. May god bless him and all of his family.
