He was also a proud member of a retired men’s club, where he and his friends would frequent various restaurants for dinner and savor a Michelob beer. His enthusiasm for these gatherings and his enjoyment of the camaraderie will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
An enthusiast of Mustang cars and a dedicated coin collector, Joe's interests were diverse and fulfilling. He had a special fondness for steak and crab cakes, often relishing these favorites with great delight.
