Linda Belle Downey, age 81, of Sykesville, Maryland, passed away peacefully on May 13, 2026. Born on December 31, 1944, Linda lived a life centered around love, family, and the moments shared with those closest to her.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Warren E. Downey; her devoted daughter, Wendy Mallory (née Downey), and son-in-law, Robert Mallory Jr.; her brother, Eugene Montgomery, and his wife, Carol; her cherished grandchildren, Robert Mallory III and his wife, Amanda, and Brittany Mallory March and her husband, Frank March; and her treasured great-grandchildren, Brayden and Blakely Mallory, and Bennett and Bryce March.
Family and friends are invited to gather in celebration of Linda’s life on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075. Family and friends may begin gathering at 11:00 AM. A Memorial Service will begin at 11:45AM, with the celebration to continue afterwards until 2PM.
