Margaret "Peggy" Eleanor Otto, age 79, of Glen Burnie, Maryland passed away on Monday, August 7, 2023. Peggy was born on June 6, 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland to her parents, the late John and Margaret Loss. Peggy was the beloved wife of Richard "Dick" Otto and the devoted mother Rob Otto (Shannon) and Tracey Reese; Cherished grandmother of Megan Reese and Stephen Otto; dear sister of Mikie Johnson (Lauren Brumbaugh).
A gathering for Peggy will be held Sunday, August 13, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075, followed by a Celebration of Life Memorial Service from 1:00 PM. Inurnment will be private.
