On Sunday, April 8, 2012, Mary Ellen "Mibbs" Crawford of Baltimore, MD. Wife of the late Charles H. Crawford, Loving mother of Jim W. Wheeler and his wife Mariellen, Stephanie L. Runkles, Regina J. Valentine and her husband Ralph, Mary E. Zoilion, Sherry E. Flaxcomb and her husband Brian, Lois M. Sogi and her husband Dharinder and the late Valerie A. Wheeler and Shawn M. Perry. Sister of Phillip Windsor. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
