On Friday, October 21st, 2016, Retired Lietenant Colonel Paul Joseph Miller (94), of Woodstock, MD passed away. Beloved husband of the late Lucille Miller. Dear son of the late Paul and Ruth Miller. Loving father of Pamela West. Caring grandfather of Kimberly Kerr and Gregory Mason. Cherished great-grandfather of Avery, Sofie, and Ethan.
