Phyllis Lee Hipsley, age 78, of Elkridge, Maryland passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021. Phyllis was born January 19, 1943 to Jack and Catherine Piquett; Beloved wife of the late Melvin Hipsley Jr.; Loving mother of Melvin Hipsley III (Ann Mansfield), Michele Hipsley-Shaffer (Homer), and Kimberly Rhoades (Glen); Cherished grandmother of Amanda, Paul, Ashley, Kate, Gary, Jacob, and Melvin IV; great-grandmother of Aubree, Liam, Rilee, Noah, Avery, and Chase; Dear sister of Margaret Lane, Juanita Swift, and Jack Piquett. Phyllis was predeceased by her siblings, Merial O' Day, Janet Thomas, and Sandy Chandler.
A visitation for Phyllis will be held at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075 on Monday, January 3, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Burial Meadowridge Memorial Park.
