On Sunday, March 21, 2021, Rajan Prasad Poddar of Columbia, MD. Son of the late Dr. Raghvun and Savatri Poddar. Beloved husband of Sosamma Poddar, loving father of Mini R. Poddar and her husband Rajan , Reena R. Poddar and her husband Nathan and and Shyni R. Poddar; Brother of Dr. KD Poddar. He is also survived by his grandchildren Ayesha, Joshua, Aaron, Ashley and Aiden.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 29, 2021 at the Mar Thoma Church of Greater Washington, 322 Ethan Allen Avenue, Takoma Park, MD 20912 at 10:30 am. His Committal Service and Interment will follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge, MD.
