Buck was born March 9, 1948 to James Russell and Betty Elizabeth Buckingham; Devoted father of Melissa Owens and her husband Richard; Loving grandfather of William and Travis Jahnigen; and great-grandfather of Lillian, Savannah, Hadassah, Chole, and Peyton; Cherished cousin of Richard Stack; Dear friend of Paul Stammer; Buck was predeceased by his sister Barbara Stewart.
