Rosie Belle Westbrook, age 84, of Hanover, Maryland passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. Rosie was born May 13, 1937 in Georgia. She was the daughter of Emery Williams Sr., Willie Mae Ivery (nee Allen), and Shorty Lee Ivery (step-father); Loving mother of Bryan Bradford, Cynthia Pines (Bernard Jr.), Vincent Westbrook (Carri), and the late Shaune Bradford; Cherished grandmother of Tara Bradford, Shaune Bradford Jr., W. Xavier Batts, Braxton Westbrook, Andrew Pines and great-grandmother of Cannon Bradford, and Riley Bradford; Dear sister of the late James Miller, Clarence Williams, and Emery Williams Jr.
A visitation for Rosie will be held Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075, followed by a funeral service at 11:30 AM.
