Wayne Lee Schoo, age 73, of Ellicott City, Maryland passed away on Friday, January 10, 2025.
Wayne was a devoted family man who loved his family above all else.
He is survived by his Loving Wife of 30 years, Susan Schoo; Beloved Children, Cynthia Lengrand (Paul), Franco Schittino (Eileen), Tony Schittino (Jennifer), and Jennifer Schoo-Garner (Zack); Dear Brother, James Schoo (Kay); Cherished Grandchildren, Joshua, Lucas, Nicholas, Emma Rose, Emily, Leo, Mary, Claire, Kate, Grant, Grace, Hayden, Matthew, and Kellan; and many nieces and nephews.
Wayne is predeceased by his Loving Parents, James Schoo and Nora Horvath; and two brothers, William ”Ricky” Richard Schoo and Robert “Bobby” Anthony Schoo.
Wayne was known for his love of life and his infectious sense of humor. He had a knack for making people laugh, whether through a perfectly timed joke, a clever quip, or simply his light hearted personality. An avid golfer, Wayne spent many happy hours on the greens. He was a passionate fan of the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens, and enjoyed life’s simple pleasures, like 7/11 coffee.
A visitation for Wayne will be held Sunday, January 19, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home, 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075. A funeral service will occur Monday, January 20, 2025 at 12:00 PM, Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home. Interment Meadowridge Memorial Park.
