Ellis, Karl Vaughn, age 84 of Bradenton, Florida passed away on Monday November 7, 2022. Karl was a graduate of Manatee High School, in 1958. Karl was a member of Woodland Community Church since 1991 where he was a member of the choir and participated in many church plays over the years. Karl was always active with his family of five where he coached all his kids from the Boys Club to dance with his daughter. Karl was a major sports enthusiast following the Tampa Bay Rays and played in many softball leagues over the years. As a professional, Karl was an incredible carpenter following in his father’s footsteps from building homes to making fine furniture. He was a man of many talents, always an optimist and loving family man. Karl is survived by his wife, Marietta of 65 years, two sons, Robin (Darla) and Roger (Beverly), and his daughter Rhonda (Paul), and six grand kids, Amanda, Katlynne, Brett, Chloe, Madison and Olivia and two great grand kids, Brycen and Ellie. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, November 19th, Woodland Community Church, 9607 SR 70 East, Bradenton, 34202 officiated by Tim Passmore.
