Marian “Sue” Myers, 83, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2016 in Sarasota, Florida. She was born on February 22, 1932 in Brazil, Indiana to Chauncey M. and Consuelo Parkins. Sue was the youngest of 6 and was raised on a farm in rural Brazil, Indiana and moved to Bradenton in 1981. She retired from MCC in 1997. Sue was a very Christian Lady who loved the Lord, loved her family and her grandkids will always remember her homemade noodles.
Sue is survived by her loving husband Robert C. Myers, her children Steven Reynolds, Connie (Tim) Henning and Sonnie (John David) Moore, her grandchildren, Christina Reynolds, Scott (Michelle) Reynolds, Brett Reynolds, Karsen Moore, Alexa Henning and Tyler Henning, her great grandchildren, Skyler Reynolds, Dalton Roman, Trista Luker, Mason Reynolds, Aiden Reynolds and Stevie Grace Reynolds, her brother Wayne (Evelyn) Parkins, also many nieces, nephews and close friends.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2016, from 10:00am – 11:00am at West Coast Church 11750 US 301, Parrish, Florida 34219. A Memorial Service Celebrating Sue’s Life will immediately follow visitation at 11:00am at the church.
