He was born November 19, 1956, in Buffalo, NY. He moved to Bradenton, FL in 1971. He then began working on small motor work and graduated to large motor mechanics. He then grew a love for Volkswagens, building and driving dune buggies, and motorcycles. He was a die-hard motor head.
William is survived by his Daughter April Montes(Nuwer); his Companion, Colleen Monahan; Grandchildren, Robert Pusey Jr, and Karysa Pusey; Great Grandchildren, Kane Pusey and Meilani Pusey;
Sister, Linda LaBranche; Brother, James Nuwer II. He was predeceased by his Father James Nuwer; Mother, Angeline Harloff.
A gathering of family & friends for William will be held Sunday, June 4, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Groover Funeral Home at Mansion Memorial Park, 1400 36th Ave East, Ellenton, FL 34222, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 11:00 AM
