Orlando Pena Meza

Orlando was born on February 23, 1966, in Artesia, New Mexico to Juanita (Blanca) and Heriberto Meza Sr.

Throughout Orlando’s life he had many jobs but enjoyed being an all-around handy man and mechanic. He loved fishing, hunting, and going to the casino with his brother Mario. He loved family gatherings, cook outs, sports and was a die-hard Arizona fan, especially loved the Arizona Cardinals. He was still in hopes that the Arizona Cardinals would win the Super Bowl. He also loved watching western movies , UFC and boxing. He loved his wife (my lady) and children dearly but most of all his five grandchildren came first. He had a great sense of humor and took great joy in making people laugh and putting a smile on everyone’s face. Orlando enjoyed going back home to New Mexico to visit his family.

The warmth of Orlando's spirit touched all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His untimely departure leaves a void that will be profoundly felt.

Orlando is reunited in eternity with grandparents, Benjamin and Consuelo Pena, Margarita and Benito Meza, father, Heriberto Meza Sr. and brother, Angel Meza Sr.

Orlando leaves behind his loving wife, Corrina Martinez Meza, children Vanessa Meza of Toltec, Arizona, Orlando Meza Jr. of Toltec, Arizona, Yvette Meza of Casa Grande, Arizona, Selena Meza of Toltec, Arizona and Joseph Meza of Toltec, Arizona. Grandchildren Savanna,Sebastian, Uriel,Kamila, and Nicholas Jr., mother Juanita Meza of Elida, New Mexico, mother-in-law Connie Cervantes of Picacho, Arizona. Siblings Benito Meza Sr. of Eloy, Arizona, Olga Meza of Elida, New Mexico, Heriberto Meza Jr. of Toltec, Arizona, Mario Meza Sr. of Arizona City, Arizona and Angelica Meza Moyer of Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

The memory of Orlando’s vibrant presence will forever be held close by his family and friends.

Viewing will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026, at J. Warren Funeral Home in Eloy, Arizona from 4pm-7pm. The Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 9 AM at St. Helen’s of the Cross Catholic Church in Eloy, Arizona. The burial will take place immediately after at Eloy Memorial Park.
