Donna Mae Rawson

RAWSON, Donna Mae, age 64 of Vandalia passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 15, 2015. Born in Canton, OH to the late Helen Sparks and Howard Haddix, she was preceded in death by her daughter Marjorie Rawson and her brother Scott Marlatt. Donna is survived by her husband David Rawson; a son David Richard Rawson; daughters Elizabeth Sliger (Steve) and Emily Perna (Mark); a niece who was like a daughter to her, Gabrielle Southers; sister Pamela Rabin; grandchildren Logan and Sabrina Sliger and a granddaughter, baby girl Perna, on the way. Donna retired from teaching at the Northmont School District after 15 years of service. She received her Bachelor’s from University of Dayton and her Master’s from University of Mississippi. The funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, April 18th at the Tobias Funeral Home, Englewood Chapel. Friends may visit at the funeral home Saturday from 10am until the time of service.
