Ronald L Winkler

WINKLER, Ronald Lee, 78 of Dayton, died Thursday June 9, 2011. He is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law Chris Winkler of Dayton, Gary and Tracey Winkler of Englewood, two daughters and sons-in-law Amy and Larry Bear, Laura and Jon Collins all of Huber Heights, five grandchildren Aaron, Amber, Dustin, Trevor, Heather and her husband Jerry. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Olive (nee Lambert) Winkler, two sisters, Marge Gansley, Pauline Bruce, one brother Dale Winkler. He was a US Army Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict, worked for the US Postal service for 15 years, was an avid Cincinnati Reds and Ohio State Buckeye Fan and was a Karaoke enthusiast singing his special song “Super Freak”. His family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME ENGLEWOOD CHAPEL, 675 West Wenger Road. Burial will be in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery, Thursday afternoon at 2:00 PM.
