It has been over a month now since Alyson has passed, and not a day goes by that I don't think of her. Reading all of these made me feel so much grief, I can't help but feel so helpless and heart broken to accept that I will never be able to laugh with her again. I can't imagine how her family feels...I could go on forever at what an amazing person she is; she knew pretty much everything about me. We were very close, and my heart breaks whenever I think about her. I remind myself that Alyson is looking over us, and that she would never want us to feel this way. Heaven has gained a new angel to look down over us.

Words cannot begin to express the deep grief I feel over the loss of Alyson.  What we have lost, heaven has gained...and now I know for sure it is a much better place than this. I haven't seen Alyson in years and I can still hear that amazing laugh that everyone loved so much. I know she's happy now and I'm so sorry for your loss.
