Chad Allen Perkins

Was born in Eureka, Ca on August 20, 1974. He left us to be with Jesus on February 5, 2011. Chad was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish with his friends and family. Chad was always the happiest when he was spending time at Ruth Lake hunting and camping. He loved to be with family whether it was a birthday party of just a small gathering for dinner, you would always find him there with a smile. Father Lloyd Perkins, Grandparents Helen, and Fred Perkins of Eureka, preceded Chad in death. Many of his relatives survive him including: Mother Laura Huddleson and stepfather Paul Huddleson of Eureka, his son Riley Perkins, his two stepchildren Joshua and Jordan, sister Terra Perkins her children Nick, and Krista, brother Jess Huddleson, grandparents Katherine and Barney Cox of Albany Oregon. Grandparents Barney and Linda Huddleson, Aunt Connie Beattie of Eureka, Cousin Troy and his children Mason and Madilyn, Cousin Aaron and his children Austin Connor, Cousin Emily and her children Nick, Breauna, and Justin, Uncle Tim Cox his wife Cindy and their children Shauna, Riley, and Holly, Uncle Buzz and Jim Cox, Pam and Jay Hardwick their daughter Kelli, Uncle Gregg Cox and his children Marshall and Katrina of Albany Oregon. Aunt Triva Perkins and her daughters Stephanie and Deanna Josephson form the Bay Area Uncle Barney Huddleson and his children Jill, Clivey and Owen. The family would like to say a special thank you to Dr. Irvine, Home Infusion, and hospice and the many friends and wonderful staff at St. Joseph Hospital. Because of their efforts and hard work we were given extra time to spend with chad and make even special memories.
