Alice Ragsdale

Alice attended Eagles View Church and was deeply devoted to church. She volunteered at Albion Fellows Bacon Center.

She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Alice enjoyed Bunco, crafts, and bowling.

Alice was preceded in death by her brother, Stanley Barritt.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Gary Ragsdale; daughter, Marla Bunch; daughter, Valerie Hufford (Dan); daughter, Carmen Combs (Steven); son, Patrick Ragsdale (Krista); son, Michael Ragsdale (Jennifer); 19 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, Cecil Allen Barritt (Bobbie); sister, Gale Roach (Mike); sister, Sue Overton (Danny); nieces and nephews.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the staff of Deaconess Hospice Care Center.

Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, January 15, 2011, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Pastor Michael Pyle with burial at St. Paul’s UCC German Township Cemetery. Friends may visit Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Deaconess Hospice Care Center.
