

Barbara Ann Cockerham Henshaw left her earthly life to enter eternity with her Heavenly Father on February 5, 2012, following a lengthy illness. Barbara was born on February 18, 1930, in Monroe City, Indiana to Bertha and Nesbeth Cockerham.
She graduated from Monroe City High School in 1948 and attended college in Ottumwa, IA at the Midwestern School of Evangelism.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; brother, William Cockerham; sister, Phyllis Jean Fuelling; and brother-in-law, Ralph Goldman.
She leaves four children to cherish her memories, Patty Henshaw of Evansville, Pamela (Dave) Knowles of Morristown, TN, Sheila Clyne of Fort Plain, NY and John (Cara) Henshaw of Coeur d' Alene, ID; four grandchildren, Dakota (KODY) Henshaw, Trenton Knowles, Jana Coons and Amber Clark; five great-grandchildren, Elijah Knowles, Lydia Coons, Alyssa Clark, Dustin Edwards and Jacob Edwards; four sisters, Betty Goldman, Nina (Leo) Senevey, Georgia (Stan) McDaniel and Ellen (Lee) Small; and two brothers, Edward (Lucy) Cockerham and Charles (Charlotte) Cockerham.
In lieu of a funeral, Barbara's life will be celebrated at a memorial service in June in Evansville. An announcement for this will be made at a later date.
