She graduated from Reitz High School where she was on the Varsity Volleyball Team. She was an equestrian, loved gardening, bowling, billiards and playing softball. Brenda was involved with the Vanderburgh Humane Society, she loved all animals especially horses, dogs, and cats.
Brenda was preceded in death by her mother, Micky Wilson.
She is survived by her husband, Brian Godwin; was a loving mother to, Drew I. Godwin; father, Jerry L. McClarney; sister, Dawn Bosma (Steve); brother, Brad McClarney (Sheila).
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
