Carolyn Sanderson Phillips, age 77, passed away September 27 at the Deaconess Linda White Hospice Center surrounded by her loved ones. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Jimmie R. Phillips, three children, Cheryl Forkel (Michael), Shelly Cullum (Jason), Tim Phillips, sister, Angela Kolb (Mark), four granddaughters and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Ruth Sanderson, her older sister Joyce Werkmeister, and two grandsons, Ryan and Benjamin Forkel.
She was loved by all that knew her.
