She enjoyed crocheting and loved her family, friends and her cats.
Carrie was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Ray Darnell.
She is survived by her husband, Mike Hajek; daughters, Traci (Harwell) Rogers and Amanda (Harwell) Geren; son, Jason Harwell; brother, Roger Darnell; sister, Debbie Tilley; grandchildren, Kayla Dow, Devin and Tyler Garrett, and Adrianne Williams.
Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 26, 2011, at Alexander Memorial Park Chapel, officiated by Rev. Robert Nall, with burial to follow. Friends may visit Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Alexander East Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
