He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Delores Blacksmith.
Charles is survived by his wife Brittany Janis; parents, Charlie and Emma Janis; children, Adian Frailey, Audrina Jepsen, Adalynn Jepsen, Ayla Janis, Arya Janis, Kieran Janis, Zion Janis; brothers and sisters; nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank AMR for their compassion and kindness, also to the staff at Deaconess Midtown 3900 ICU for their care and kindness.
A visitation will be held 3:00-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Alexander North Chapel.
