Charles “Chuck” Welbon Neal, Jr., 32, passed away July 8, 2016.
He was preceded in death by sister, Carla; and brother, Thomas.
Chuck is survived by parents, Charles, Sr. and Teresa; sisters, Becky (Paul), Lyda (Pete) & Ruby (John); and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, July 14, 2016, at Alexander West Chapel, with interment in Locust Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit Thursday from 11:00 AM until service time.
