Curtis graduated from Reitz High School, class of 1978. He was employed by RuVan, Multiseal, and more recently Expressway Dodge.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Tana Faye Hallam.
Curtis is survived by his son, Zachary Hallam; step-daughter, Angel Maynard (Brent); grandchildren, Tyler Maynard (Ashley), Seth Maynard, and Faith Maynard; great grandson, Ryan Maynard; brothers, Greg Hallam, Kelly Hallam (Kelley), and Eric Hallam; sister, Beth Anderson (Donald); and nieces and nephews.
No public funeral services will be held.
