David Paul Buente

David was a member of Bethel United Church of Christ. He worked for 29 years at the Blind Association.

He was a big sports fan following the local football games, Otters, and the University of Evansville. He enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics.

David’s friends and family will miss his joy he gave to everyone.

He was preceded in death by his father, Wilburn H. Buente; grandparents, Christian and Kathryn Buente; aunt Margaret Buente; uncle Melvin Kleinknecht.

David is survived by his mother, Eloise of Evansville; aunt, Elizabeth Kleinknecht; cousins, Chris H. Buente (Mindy) of Newburgh, Daniel Kleinknecht of DeMoine, IA, Wayne Haase (Cindy) of MA, and Steve Haase (Sandy) of NH; and several second cousins.

Services will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Rev. Joseph Schulte, with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit Tuesday, from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
