Words cannot express how I am feeling and how much I am going to miss Mother Tapp.   ALWAYS so kind, loving, caring, nurturing, humble, encouraging and extremely off the chain funny !  (a sense of humor that would often catch me off guard, you wouldn't know this about her until you come to know her.  I see where Rodney got it from.)  We laughed a lot and talked about everything.  I loved the way she embraced me upon meeting me.  I will NEVER forget that.
My family and I enjoyed the time we spent together when she came to DC over 2 years ago.  Rodney, Rhonda, Kevin, April, James, Aunt Dolphine and Letrice – Thank you for unselfishly sharing her with me!  She was TRULY my friend.  May God continue to comfort you, give you peace and keep you in his care.

Goodbye to my cousin, a woman who truly loved the Lord and her family! Satan is angry because Heaven just got another one and when we all get to Heaven, what a day of rejoicing it will be!

My cousin was a very loving christian person she will be deeply missed but rest in peace until the resurrection when all will be raised from the dead.

I have known this family since I was a little girl. The Tapp sisters have always been a special group of ladies;I am so sorry for your loss, but I know that she loved the Lord and has a place waiting especially for her. May GOD bless each of you.

Sis. Tapp, was such a beautiful person much like a flower pleasant but while in full bloom will light up the entire room. I remember as a little person in church watching her shout would just tickle me. :-) although your no longer here that will always be my memory of you. Ms. Tapp was a very sweet and loving lady!  She always had a smile on her face and a kind word.  I loved her gentle spirit and the way she loved the Lord.  She is now resting in the arms of her Lord and Savior.  She will truly be missed by all who loved her.  My prayers goes out to the entire Tapp family.  Keep your hands in God's hand and hold to your faith.  One day we will see her again.  Trust and believe.

Love her so much.  Going to miss her tremendously.  She was like a mother figure to me.  She was loving and spiritual. I remember the last time I saw her, she was so excited to see me.  It was just the kind of lady she was and the kind I will never forget.   Prayers for the family in this time of grief.
