

Edna grew up in Carmi, IL, she graduated from Reitz High School where she enjoyed her time in the choir. She was proud to be a homemaker and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Edna spent her last five years at Bethel Manor, which was a true blessing to her and her family.
She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Kenneth Exline.
Edna is survived by her daughter, Julie Exline; son, James Gross Jr.; grandchildren, Jonathon McCollum (Carla), Josiah McCollum (Kristen), James Gross III (Georgette); great grandchildren, Connor, Kaity, Jacob, Kellie, Jayden and James Gross IV.
Edna’s family extends a special thank you to the staff at Bethel Manor for their care and compassion.
Funeral services will be held at Noon, Friday March 13, 2020, at Alexander West Chapel officiated by Pastor Terry Gamblin, with burial to follow in Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit 10:30 a.m. until service time on Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association or Howell General Baptist Church.
