He loved to quilt and was a long-time member of Vann Avenue Baptist Church.
E.P. was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Edna Mae Gossett, who passed away in 1989; one brother and three sisters.
He is survived by his daughters, Joyce Giolitto (Bob) of Evansville and Wanda Hendrix of Ferdinand; son, Donald Noffsinger (Connie) of Newburgh; grandchildren, Shelley Wigand (Keith), Karla VanWinkle, Dawn Scott (Darren), Sean Giolitto, and Scott Day; great-grandchildren, Austin, Madeline, Hunter, and Kylie; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Alexander North Chapel, officiated by Rev. Robert Nall with entombment at Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at Alexander North Chapel and Saturday from 9:00 AM until service time.
Memorial contributions may be made to Deaconess Hospice Care Center or Vann Avenue Baptist Church.
