Eric John May

Eric John May, 67, passed away at his residence, on April 13, 2024, of natural causes. Eric was born on January 12, 1957 to James and Ella (Watkins) May in Evansville Indiana. Left to mourn his passing are his sisters, Julia (Roger) Klucker, Swansea, IL, Rebecca Phelps, Evansville Indiana; nieces: Rhonda, Jane, Kelly and Amy; and nephews, Lionel, Joe and Clint. Eric traveled the World, fluent in 5 languages, passionate about art, poetry, cooking, nature, country and bluegrass music. He was the proud owner of an extensive rare, signed, first edition book collection. His departure comes as a great shock and deep wound, it is gravely felt by his entire family, countless others who loved him deeply in his life network of community.
