Glenn A. Howell, 93, of Evansville, IN, passed away on Friday, May 5, 2023, at Hamilton Pointe. He was born July 28, 1929, in Mt. Carmel, IL to the late Harry and Gladys (Shook) Howell.

Glenn loved Corvair cars; attending Corvair shows; and had several throughout his life. He worked in parts and services at several Chevrolet dealerships. Glenn served in the US Army.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sondra (Goldman) Howell; parents; grandsons, Noah James and Ian Cobb and sister, Phyllis Cowling (Bernard).

Glenn is survived by his daughter, Glenda Niehaus (David); grandchildren, Amy James (Rob) and Sara Cobb (Adam); great grandchildren, Eli James (Hannah), Abigail James, Blake Cobb (Lauren), Hope Cobb, Beau Cobb and Maya Cobb; great great grandchildren, Camden Cobb and Beckham Cobb; and brother, Norman Howell (Rena).

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 8, 2023, at Oak Hill Mausoleum Chapel, officiated by Pastor David Swindell, entombment to follow. Friends may visit Monday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at Oak Hill Mausoleum Chapel.
