She was a member of Harwood Baptist Church. She loved camping and spending time with her family.
Hazel was preceded in death by her children, Robert, Randy, and Sandy Head; siblings, Bertha Ward, Virgie Gibbs, Sue Mayville, James, Bob, and Charles Crowe.
She is survived by her husband, Tom Suits; daughter, Sheila Head; sons, Scott Suits and Fred (Vicky) Gunther; twin sister, Goldie (Kem) Luckett; brothers, Austin (Dorothy), Karl (Gwenn), and Walter (Linda) Crowe; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Buddy Mayville; and sisters-in-law, Dean Crowe and Mildred Crowe.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Rev. Karl Crowe and Rev. Austin Crowe, with burial in Locust Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit Monday from 3:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
