

Jacqueline “Jackie” Kirkwood Schnautz, 84, of Evansville, passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023. She was born on January 22, 1939 in Centertown, Kentucky to the late George and Nannie Mae (Grant) Weber.
Jackie had worked at Greenbrier Animal Hospital and Alexander Funeral Homes. She enjoyed people and traveling. Jackie traveled to all of the United States and 22 countries, with Egypt being her favorite. She was a former member of the Friday Night Dance Club and was an avid card player. Jackie was a member of St. Anthony Church.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Curtis R. Kirkwood, Jr. in 1982 and her second husband, Rene D. Schnautz in 2014. Jackie was also preceded in death by her brothers, William Weber and Don Weber.
Jackie is survived by her son, Curtis Kirkwood, III (Leslie); daughter, Lisa McGaha; grandchildren, Matthew Kirkwood, Emily Kirkwood, and Drue McGaha; sister, Jaynie Dieckmann (Wes); and sisters-in-law, Carolyn Weber and Judy Weber.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Alexander East Chapel, 2115 Lincoln Avenue, Evansville, Indiana with Fr. Ted Tempel officiating. Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Private Burial Services will take place at Park Lawn Cemetery at a later date.
