She was an active member of St. James West United Methodist Church.
Jacqueline was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Mayberry; daughter, Kathleen Dayvolt and brother, Melvin Werner.
She is survived by daughters, Tamara Deicken (Mike), Helen Seifert (Phil), Barbara Acker and Brenda Koch; sons, Billy Mayberry, Jr. and Robert Mayberry; nine grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be 11:00AM, Monday April 17, 2017, at St. James UMC. Friends may visit Monday from 10:00AM to service time.
