

He was in the Army for five years, stationed in Fort Bragg and served in the Vietnam War. While in the Army, James completed The 19th Support Group Quick Fix (Leadership) Course, given at Taegu, Korea, on August 21, 1972. He went on to attend Lockyear Business College and then worked for CSX Railroad as a caller for twenty-five years. James enjoyed listening to the Oldies and going fishing. He loved his family and will always be remembered as being fun loving.
Preceded in death by brothers, John Flemmings, Gary Frazier, Raymond Frazier; sister, Ruby Frazier.
Survived by his wife of 43 years, Sandra Frazier; sister, Goldie Frazier; sons, James A. Frazier, Robert L. Hamlett, Phillip Frazier, Mason Frazier; daughters, Kimberly M. Frazier, Petina M. Gilbert (Clifford), Kimberly R. Hamlett, Shaquila Frazier, Alysha Frazier, Leslae Powell; grandchildren, Dominic Frazier, Kymbra Lovan, Ahliyah Bass, Darrion Bass, Lasharra Smith, Adrian Marion; and a host of great-grandchildren.
No public services will be held, a private service will be held by the family.
