He was a football coach at Muhlenberg North Middle School where he was known as Coach “Sandman”. He attended Chickasha High School and played football for the “fighting chicks”. Jeremy was a member of the Chickasha CYO and Knights of Columbus “Bad Boy” softball team.
Jeremy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cipraino E. and Marie Sandoval and Silva and Helen Gwartney; and cousin, Chandler Sandoval.
He is survived by his fiancée, Krystal Davis; father, Stephen Sandoval; mother, Marsh Heath; brother, Nathan Lee Sandoval; nephew, Colter Lee Sandoval; and several uncles and aunts.
Funeral services will be held at a later date in Guymon, OK.
