

In her younger years, Tim was an Army wife and homemaker. After Army life, she built a career in the food service industry, working for many years at South Lane and later at St. Joe Kmart. She concluded her career with over 20 years of service in the EVSC cafeteria at Stringtown School as a dishwasher.
Tim loved watching sports, especially Cardinals baseball and IU basketball. Over the years, she enjoyed attending her family’s activities whenever she could. She also had a passion for flowers, gardening, and spending time in nature.
She is survived by her children, Jim Little (Tedra) of Boonville and Julie Waters (Brian) of Newburgh; grandchildren, Lucy Nellis (Daine), Maddie Waters, Rome Waters, and Dominic Waters; and great-grandchildren, Blake Nellis, Benjamin Nellis, and Violet Nellis. She is also survived by several beloved nieces and nephews.
Tim was preceded in death by the love of her life of 68 years, James R. Little Sr.; her parents; her son, William R. Little; her grandson, Jason R. Little; and her five siblings.
Friends may gather for a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Alexander Funeral Home West Chapel, 2100 W. Illinois Street, Evansville, IN.
A celebration of Tim’s life will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home, with burial afterward at Tupman Cemetery.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Tim’s caregivers, Chris Scott, Karen Staser, and Tina Johnson, for the loving care they provided. They also wish to thank the staff of Woodmont Health Campus and Heart to Heart Hospice for their compassionate support.
