Joann Deever

Joann was a homemaker who also spent time working at the Weinbach Cafeteria. Her top priority in life was her family. She dearly loved her beloved cat, Baby.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack C. Deever; first husband, Donald J. Paulin; son, Steven R. Paulin; brother, Claude (Butch) Williams; sister, Norma Jean and her husband, Robert Connor; sister-in-law, Mary and her husband, Ottie Carr; and brother-in-law, Jack Wolsiefer.

Joann is survived by her daughter, Linda Goldman (Gerald); sons, Michael Paulin (Tami), John Paulin (Sara), and Charles Paulin; daughter-in-law, Angela Paulin; 15 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, 18 great great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Jane Paulin, Emma (Jean) Paulin, Carol Taylor, Barbara Wolsiefer, and Karen McNeely; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday December 29, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Alexander East Chapel, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery at a later date. Friends and family may visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Research or the American Diabetes Association.
