He retired from Whirlpool as a millwright after 33 years. He was a Reed Lodge Mason, loved baseball and spending time with his family.
John is preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Joyce Ann (Deer) Dailey.
He is survived by daughter, SuzAnn (Jasson) Hurt; sons John (Elizabeth) Dailey and Don (Terry) Dailey; 6 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit Friday, January 15, 2016 from 4:00 to 7:00PM at Alexander North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Rd. Funeral Services will be 10:00AM, Saturday, January 16, 2016, at Howell General Baptist, 1520 Delmar Ave., officiated by Rev. Terry Gamblin.
